🛡️ Aromatic Amines (AZO Dyes – 24 Types)
We screen for 24 different types of banned aromatic amines derived from AZO dyes — substances that can release toxic, and in some cases, carcinogenic compounds when in contact with skin, moisture, or during prolonged use.
This rigorous screening is essential because certain synthetic dyes may contain hidden chemical risks. By testing for all 24 regulated amines, we ensure our fabrics meet high safety standards — especially for items used close to the body or by children.
🧵Seam & Button Durability
We rigorously test the durability of seams and buttons to ensure long-lasting performance. This includes evaluating seam slippage resistance to prevent gaps or tears, seam strength to withstand regular wear, and button pull strength to ensure secure attachment even with frequent use.
